Netflix, what happened?

Is it me or is Netflix dragging arse lately? They typically get a new movie to you within three days of mailing off the last one. Now I’m lucky to get the movie by their estimated arrival time. This is not good since the only reason I chose them over Blockbuster was turn around time. If this continues, Blockbuster could be back in the running for my business.

    I’ve noticed the same thing in the past month or so. I mailed a DVD on Tuesday and still haven’t gotten one back yet (today’s Friday). In the past, I would have gotten it yesterday (Thursday). I wonder if they are cutting costs or something to save their stock price, which has fallen sharply since July of 2004..

    I gotta chime in… I’m not having any problems. Maybe it depends on what area of the country you’re in. Could be a local issue, and not one that affects all subs.
